At Evergreen Cleaning Services, we stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with a cleaning we've provided, we want to make it right.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of a one-time cleaning, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will either re-clean the areas in question at no additional charge or issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.
Recurring cleaning schedules can be canceled at any time. Here's how refunds work for recurring service:
If we are unable to perform a scheduled cleaning due to severe weather or an emergency, we will reschedule at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued for that visit.

We aim to resolve all refund requests within 3-5 business days. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
We kindly ask that you contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving any issues directly and promptly.
