Agreement to Terms

By booking a service with Evergreen Cleaning Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

Services

Evergreen Cleaning Services provides residential house cleaning in Citrus County, Florida and surrounding areas. Our services include standard cleans, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out cleans as described on our website.

Service Area

We currently service the following areas in and around Citrus County, Florida: Inverness, Crystal River, Lecanto, Citrus Springs, Floral City, Beverly Hills, Hernando, and Homosassa. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our coverage area.

Booking & Payment

• Quotes are flat-rate, based on your home's size and the type of clean selected.
• You are not charged until after your cleaning is completed.
• If your home's size or condition differs significantly from what was described at booking, we may adjust the price with your approval before starting work.
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Scheduling

We will make every effort to clean on the day you selected. However, scheduling may be adjusted due to weather, illness, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.

Property Access

By booking a service, you grant Evergreen Cleaning Services permission to access your home for the purpose of performing the agreed-upon services. Please ensure:

• We have access instructions (key, code, or someone home)
• Pets are secured or noted in your booking
• Valuables and fragile personal items are stored safely before our arrival

Cancellations

• Cleanings may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit at no charge.
• Recurring schedules may be canceled at any time with no cancellation fee.
• No-shows or lockouts (we arrive but cannot access the home) may incur a fee.

Liability

Evergreen Cleaning Services is fully insured. We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to surfaces, fixtures, or property
• Damage resulting from improperly installed or already-loose items (shelves, blinds, fixtures, etc.)
• Items of extraordinary value not disclosed before service

If you believe our team caused damage during a visit, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and address the situation.

Home Size & Condition

Our published pricing applies to homes within the listed bedroom/bathroom ranges in typical condition. For larger homes, heavily soiled conditions, or special situations (hoarding, post-construction, biohazards), we will provide a custom quote before starting.

Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with the quality of our work, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right. See our Refund Policy for more details.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
