Simple flat-rate math: $79 covers up to 1 bedroom, the kitchen and the living room — every visit. Extra bedrooms add $15 each, bathrooms $25, extra rooms $15 (a 3 bed · 2 bath standard clean is $159). Deep cleaning is a per-room upcharge — kitchen +$50, bathroom +$30, bedroom +$20 — most homes only need it on the first visit to reset the house. Add-ons are only ever billed when you request them or a room needs it; otherwise your price never moves. A standard clean is the full upkeep visit: every surface dusted, ceiling fans dusted, floors vacuumed and mopped or steamed, kitchen counters/sink/stovetop and appliance fronts, bathrooms with floors, beds made, trash out, and door knobs, handles & switches spot-cleaned. A deep clean gets a room back under control — soap scum & hard-water scale, tile and grout lines scrubbed, backsplash degreased, baseboards, under furniture and behind the toilet, doors & frames. Deep is priced per room, and most homes only need it once — the first visit — then standard visits keep it that way.

Everything in the deep clean, plus inside all cabinets, drawers, and closets, inside the oven and refrigerator, and spot-cleaning of walls and doors. It's built for empty homes — perfect for moving day, landlords, and getting deposits back.

None. The flat rate for your home is what you pay, supplies included. Add-ons only ever appear on a bill when you asked for them or a room needed the work — you approve every charge before it happens.

Nope. As long as we can access your home, you're all set. Many customers leave a key, garage code, or lockbox instructions in their booking notes. We'll let you know when we're done.

Yes — we bring everything, including eco-friendly cleaning supplies that are safe for kids and pets. If you'd prefer we use specific products you provide, just let us know in your booking notes.

It depends on the size of your home and type of clean. A standard clean of a 2-3 bedroom home usually takes 2–3 hours. Deep cleans and move-in/out cleans take longer — typically 4–6 hours. We'll give you a time estimate when we confirm your booking.

We love pets — and they're never an upcharge. Just let us know about them in your booking notes so our cleaner knows what to expect. We only use pet-safe, eco-friendly products. If your pet gets stressed by visitors, we recommend keeping them in a comfortable spot while we work.

You pay after the clean is done and you're happy with it — not upfront. We'll confirm payment options when we confirm your booking.
