Pricing
How much does a house cleaning cost? +
Pricing is flat-rate and based on your home's size. Standard cleans start at $90 (studio/1 bedroom), deep cleans at $160, and move-in/out cleans at $220. A 3 bed · 2 bath standard clean is $160. See the full table on our pricing page — what you see is what you pay.
What's the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean? +
A standard clean covers regular upkeep: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen surfaces, and full bathrooms. A deep clean adds the stuff that builds up over time — baseboards, door frames, tile grout, appliance detailing, ceiling fans, vents, and window sills. If it's our first visit or it's been a while since a professional clean, we recommend starting with a deep clean.
What's included in a move in/out clean? +
Everything in the deep clean, plus inside all cabinets, drawers, and closets, inside the oven and refrigerator, and spot-cleaning of walls and doors. It's built for empty homes — perfect for moving day, landlords, and getting deposits back.
Is there a sign-up fee or any hidden costs? +
None. The flat rate for your home size is what you pay. We don't charge sign-up fees, supply fees, or any other hidden costs.
Scheduling & Service
Do I need to be home during the cleaning? +
Nope. As long as we can access your home, you're all set. Many customers leave a key, garage code, or lockbox instructions in their booking notes. We'll let you know when we're done.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment? +
Yes — we bring everything, including eco-friendly cleaning supplies that are safe for kids and pets. If you'd prefer we use specific products you provide, just let us know in your booking notes.
How long does a cleaning take? +
It depends on the size of your home and type of clean. A standard clean of a 2-3 bedroom home usually takes 2–3 hours. Deep cleans and move-in/out cleans take longer — typically 4–6 hours. We'll give you a time estimate when we confirm your booking.
What about pets? +
We love pets! Just let us know about them in your booking notes so our cleaner knows what to expect. We only use pet-safe, eco-friendly products. If your pet gets stressed by visitors, we recommend keeping them in a comfortable spot while we work.
Billing & Cancellation
When and how do I pay? +
You pay after the clean is done and you're happy with it — not upfront. We'll confirm payment options when we confirm your booking.
Can I cancel or reschedule? +
Yes — no contracts, no cancellation fees, ever. Just call or text us at (352) 462-0627 before your scheduled day and we'll take care of it.
What if I'm not happy with the clean? +
Contact us within 48 hours and we'll come back and re-clean the areas in question for free. If we can't make it right, we'll refund that visit. See our full Refund Policy for details.

We serve Citrus County and surrounding areas in Central Florida — including Inverness, Crystal River, Lecanto, Beverly Hills, Citrus Springs, Floral City, Hernando, and Homosassa. Not sure? Request a quote or call us and we'll confirm.
